A lifelong Lincoln resident, Alicia has built her career empowering Nebraska’s seniors, turning overwhelm into joy through education, support, and personalized plans for confident next steps.

TJ Chrastil
Co-founder & Co-host
TJ Chrastil is a veteran who served nine years in the Army, including a deployment to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom II. That experience shaped his lifelong commitment to service, resilience, and community.
Today, TJ channels that same dedication into helping veterans navigate major life transitions as a second-generation Realtor with Nebraska Realty. Known for his straightforward approach and genuine care for people, he focuses on building trust and lasting relationships.
Along the way, TJ has worn many hats: award-winning journalist, writer, Journeyman Steamfitter, musician, and devoted father of three. Every chapter has added to the perspective and grit he brings to the work he does today.
George Simmons
Logistics Director
Born and raised in western Nebraska, I built my career on service, discipline, and leadership. After
seven years in the U.S. Navy’s submarine service, I spent more than three decades in engineering
and executive-level project management, directing multimillion-dollar initiatives in the
pharmaceutical manufacturing and automation industries.
Today, I bring that same precision and strategic oversight to real estate. I specialize in guiding 55+
clients through major life transitions—downsizing, relocating, or repositioning for the next chapter.
My clients value clear communication, organized execution, and a steady, experienced hand
throughout the process.

Jason Slama brings 20 years of hands-on construction experience to his real estate career with Nebraska Realty. Having built homes and solved problems from the ground up, he knows how to spot issues early and give clients clear, straightforward answers — no sales fluff, just facts.
